Services and Pricing
Pink's Mobile Car Detailing provides mobile vehicle detailing and related add-on services. Service descriptions, availability, and pricing may change. The price confirmed for your appointment may reflect the selected service, requested add-ons, and vehicle condition disclosed before work begins.
Booking and Cancellation
Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed through our scheduling process. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. We may reschedule or cancel when weather, unsafe conditions, access problems, equipment issues, or other circumstances prevent us from safely completing the service.
Access and Parking Requirements
You must provide a legal, safe, and accessible parking location with enough room to work around the vehicle. The vehicle must be reachable at the appointment time, and access must be confirmed when booking. You are responsible for obtaining any property, garage, or parking permission needed for us to perform the service.
Customer Responsibility to Remove Valuables
Remove cash, jewelry, electronics, documents, medications, and other valuables or fragile items before service. We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle or in areas that must be moved or cleaned.
Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage
Tell us about known damage, loose trim, delicate surfaces, aftermarket modifications, electrical issues, leaks, or other conditions that could affect the service. Normal detailing may reveal pre-existing scratches, stains, fading, wear, corrosion, or damage that was hidden by dirt or debris. Results vary based on a vehicle's age, materials, prior care, and condition.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pink's Mobile Car Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear, hidden defects, unsecured personal property, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any liability arising from a service will not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Payment Terms
Payment is due as communicated during booking or upon completion of service. You agree to pay the confirmed service price and any add-ons you approve. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider under its applicable terms.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Travis County, Texas.
