Rollingwood is about a square mile of hillside between Zilker and West Lake Hills, its own small city with older winding streets and a mature oak canopy over almost all of them. Most vehicles here sleep in a driveway rather than a garage, which means they sit under those oaks all night and take full afternoon sun the next day.
That canopy is the local paint problem.
